Devendra Rathore

As a new thing I learned SBRCC. I found new thing to learn. I learned to be tougthful & learned lessons to Leave Life,

Ravinder Singh

Dear Sir,
Now I am glad that I have achieved my aim. However, Col Yudhvir Sir gave proper direction and guidance. He is the only man who teaches us about life, He always says that first crack your life. Lakshay Academy is where you will get ideas on creating your life. Col Yudhvir Sir always gives personal attention to each student. When he takes your clothes (Purane kapde faadte hai Aur Nay pehante hai) it means you are proceeding towards your goal.

My experience at Lakshay Academy was very good, and I learnt a lot of lessons from Sir. I got a recommendation in 4th ATTEMPT.
At last, I want to say that Sir is the only man who made my dream come true.

Dear Sir,
I joined Lakshya Academy after watching Yudhvir Sir’s video. What, Sir, makes this academy unique? Sir uses simple logic to crack your life. He always says first crack your life, get recommended by your parents, siblings, and friends, and SSB will open its arms for you. Sir always told us a graph of life with positive slopes is the correct life, so keep finding solutions and keep on improving yourself. I cannot get what I learned here from anywhere else. Sir solved the track and helped me achieve my dream.

 Thank you
The Lakshya Academy.

Vaishali Thakur

I came to Lakshya Academy after my brother suggested I join the academy and told me about its innovative learning methods and the concept of "out-of-the-box thinking." This was one of the best decisions of my life. As my first attempt, I wanted to give my best. Since the first day in Lakshya, I started to view things with a new perspective like never before, and every day was a completely new experience.
Where I learned not only about my surroundings but also about my inner self; Lakshya Academy and especially Col. Yudhvir Sir gave me a direction and the things I needed to know about myself. My experience at SSB was excellent, and everything went perfectly smoothly; there was not a single moment where I felt under pressure because of the natural learning and confidence I got from Lakshya and the teachings of Yudhvir Sir.
Thank You
Lakshya Academy

My experience at SSB
DAY 1: Screening
on the screening day, the OTQs and PPDT BOTH WENT VERY well, AND I did not have any trouble with PPDT; the idea came naturally as soon as I saw the picture on screen because of all the practice in Lakshay.

DAY 2: Psychology and interview
1-Practice psychology and try to work on solutions for any challenge.
2-Be natural in your thoughts and ideas.
3-Follow the advice given by faculty in the academy.

If you are well aware of yourself and have a presence of mind, the interview will always go very smoothly. “Personality and Character” outshines everything at the end of the day.
Character is the most important thing that any individual must have. Character defines who you are and how you behave with people around you.
DAY 3&4: GTO
1-GD: Give your ideas and grab your opportunity. A leader always emerges in a group, so remember and be aware of yourself.
2:GPE: Work with the people and give ideas and resources beyond visible. Do not think of it as a competition but as a teamwork.
3-Lecture: My topic was “Groeing world popularity of Modi.” The 5-point perception naturally came to my brain, and the lecture went very well and finished on time.
4-HGT/PGT: Work in a team; remember the concept of “Belcha” that sir told you in class, and everything will go perfectly fine, and you will enjoy everything.
5-IO: Follow the instructions and rules given by the instructor and give your best.
DAY 5: Result Day

Pritam Chaudhary

Dear Sir,
You played a significant role in my life. Listening to your lessons, I felt like my father was teaching me about life. You had a substantial impact on my thinking and my mind. It was my 6th Attempt, and I am thrilled that I made it and how I came 1 step closer to my aim in life. I learned great lessons and values from The Lakshya Academy. The exercises I did here were beneficial for me. I was not good in psychology, especially WAT, in my previous attempts. But this time, after getting good guidance and doing practice, my performance was good in Psycology tests, and I love the Belcha concept, which made my Group Tasks go smoothly. My performance was Best in GTO tasks.

A Big Thanks to Colonel Yudhvir Sir

Mishal Yadav

Dear Sir,
Kindly accept my gratitude for showing me the enlightened path and making me aware of the qualities. Since I have been in contact with Lakshya Academy, I have learnt how to improve my confidence by taking part in group discussions. The point that was often focused on was understanding. It helped me understand people, situations, and opportunities, and only then can I implement changes in their lives with creativity and innovation. The efforts that you have put in me and the trust you showed by giving me a chance to host the TV show, I am grateful for that. In all, my journey at SSB was very comfortable and smooth, and it was only because I had made myself prepared for any challenge and the skills I learnt here at Lakshya Academy.

Again, a big thank you for being my guide.
Warm Regards,
Thank you,
Mishal Yadav

LNK Pancha Bahadur Pun

I am very thankful to you for your guidance and lesson. It is because of this academy that I got success in SSB. Lakshya Academy has completely changed my way of looking at things. Before my actions, I developed a habit of thinking SRCC because if we look at things considering 5BRCC, there is significantly less probability of making errors in any task. What I learned here and liked most is the understanding part and the vision to look at what is not visible. The enrollment here is very energetic, and I have learned a lot. I am very grateful to Col Yudhivir Sir for teaching us good things about becoming responsible citizens and good human beings.

5 days SSB Experience
Day 1: This day is significant because it is the day that will allow us to proceed for the next 4 days.
-OIR is very important, and I got good practice in the academy and found it very easy.
-PPDT is all about observations, creative ideas, goals, solutions and narration. In the picture, a small girl is playing the piano. I mistakenly made a story about a boy surfing the internet looking for a job. Then, I narrated my story confidently and fluently. In the discussion part, I contributed as much as I could.
-The result announced I was in on 3rd July 2019.
-Day 2:
-TAT- In TAT, I completed all 12 stories, and I mentioned more details. Although I could not put a lot of action in some stories, overall, I wrote good stories.
-WAR- The good WAT connectivity exercise helped me a lot. I attempted 56 WAT very nicely, and four words I was not clear about meaning.
-SRT- In SRT, I was particular, and I mentioned even small details. The Sir always advised us to look at what was present but not visible, which helped me greatly.
Day 3 and DAY 4:
-GD- Two GDs were there, and I tried to contribute the maximum.
I did not dominate the group, but I tried to give my points, and only for this test did Col Kilwant Singh and Accommodate RC Kakad sir’s classes help me a lot.
-GPE- In GPE, again, I looked at the things that were present but not visible, and I was able to write a good plan and discussion. In discussion, looking at our task, we have to speak, and that is what I focused more on concluding our plan.
-PGT/HGT- The Belcha concept helped me a lot in these tests. I gave my ideas in every task and listened to others’ ideas.
-Snake race: I showed enthusiasm in this test with a war cry.
I was leading the team, and the team was following me. I did not break any rules, and it was good.
-Lecturette- My lecture topic was Utilize Life of India, and according to the brainstorming class, I did it well and confidently. I was full of ideas, and I was finding it hard to decide which points on the idea to skip.
DAY 5:
It was conference day. I entered the conference hall, and they asked me about my stay and food and asked me to go. After that, the result was announced, and I was at rank 1. After that, two more were recommended.
I thank Col Yudhivir sir, Col Kulwant sir and RC Kakkad sir for making it happen.

Ankit Kumar Yadav

I am highly grateful to you for guiding me and making me realize that I have the potential to make it through the SSB. I came here as an underconfident screened-out candidate with lots of hope, and with the help of your direction and character development approach, I got recommended.
The experience here at Lakshya Academy was life-changing and eye-opening, with the help of activities like brainstorming and TV shows. I developed a vast knowledge base and became confident speaking before an audience.

The psychology part taught here is unparalleled and has proved to be a game changer for us. It helps the candidates to sail through the psych tests comfortably. Also, the concept of “belch is a short, realistic way of teaching the requirement of GTO.

The current affairs class by Brigadier Kulwant Sir was easy to understand and indulge in. I liked his simplifying complex issues by telling them in a story format.

I am also grateful to Air Commodore Sir, who taught us how to fill out the PIQ form and its importance. He also helped us make our Self-descriptions natural and impactful.

I owe my recommendation to Lakshya Academy, and I am entirely grateful to you, Yudhvi Sir.

Regards,

Ankit Kumar Yadav

Uditanshu Koiri

Screening:
PPDT: The PPDT was very easy to use. I could not see the picture clearly, though I was sitting in the second row, but I could relate to and perceive what I saw. I could easily write live, and the discussion on a familiar story also went well; I could take the group forward, and I used 5-POINT PERCEPTION to formulate relative solutions. I was not selected to narrate the story.
OIR: The OIR went very well; the questions were of the same type as those practised in the academy. In fact, 50 questions (approximately) out of 100 were the same as practised here in GURUKUL. I could solve 96 of them correctly.

The rest of SSB went so simple that I could not specify things because it was like I was living my daily life and talking to my friends.
Sir, I could mainly concentrate and calm myself with the way you told me.
“To close my eyes and tell myself that
my parents are with me and I have
their support. It is not necessary to get recommended on my first attempt. I am not there to compete”, but to do my best
These great words of yours have always helped me throughout the process. I could observe things and bring out creativity in all of them, and the best use of it was in Lecturette. I get the simple topic “Deforestation”.
All of my team members appreciated the solution I gave.
The suggestions I made were:
1)During admission to the University or even during screening, candidates could be asked to bring plants. If not, then recommend candidates because they will be happier to do so.
Along with plantation of birthdays and marriages suggested that
-“As the cooler we use in our rooms or even in the SSB hotels has used water( which I saw was seeping through the outlet), it could be connected through a pipe to plantations (which was also on the back of the cooler in our hostels).
All the other candidates were saying the government should do this…
I was the only one saying that Wes should do this, and I was the only one to be recommended by my group.
Sir Sir, all your lessons will be the best ones, and they will help me so much in life that I can improve upon all of my aspects.
I will try my best to bring up the name of the academy in any field I go.

Rudraksha whig

Respected Sir,
In record with what I learnt over here, I wrote a poem for you, Sir.
To the peak, I climbed that seemed long gone, The sun that bid behind all along. It had silently witnessed me when I was But finally broke its silence and told me, " It is the darkest hour before dawn".
Before I was the throned KingKing,
I was a contender in this ring,
Hours in and day out,
That's what my life was all about.

This life dealt many lords,
I played a few hands,
I got lucky in some parts,
But rest was where harsh truth stands.
Better than the History book,
that I read about in school.
My life’s tale turned out to be its expanse vaster than the sea.
Today, when I sit on that throne amidst the cloud, it floats;
On my hand, the ring from the dragon I slayed
It is a symbol of thy victory, they said
They asked how I saw beyond the bring and did not give up when I was about to sink.
How did I reach the sun
When my faith played me and left me undone?
The KingKing today says no less and no more,
He dances at the edge above the peak that soars;
A smile that says it all,
What it feels like to stand after the worst fall.
Yet the KingKing spoke his wisdom out,
the same whispers that rang when he was in doubt;
To the peak I climbed that summed long gone,
The sun that hid behind all along.
Thank you for being the sun in my life Sir!
Jai Hind.

AFSB VARANASI
DAY 1: OIR & PPDT
OIR: Practised paper get repeated and thus able to solve all the 50 questions easily.
One paper was not practised, but the practice of OIR in my home made me score about 50in the other.

PPDT: An old man in a village (blurred)
I) Man with ( No vacancy) signboard.
II)Men carrying brands and some digging in the ground.
III)A boy sailing the boat with Agirl in a storm.
IV)Two boys trying to jump from the tree.
V)A boy rowing the boat.
VI)A boy is trying to get into a home, and another boy is watching him.
VII)A girl opens the cupboard.
VIII)Man walking on an empty road.
WAT: Repearted from a book. In WAT, “Do not and should not” should be minimised. Practised good thoughts and included those in my life to improve it.
SRT: I did not become a superhero. A simple man who understands the situation knows the invisible and can get through it. Also, your instructions should be specific, explicit and explained.
DAY 2: INTERVIEW
Mainly HR and technical ( since I am a mechanical engineer)
My answer was specific and clear, so the interviewer did not have to ask anything about it. Technical Knowledge was good enough to back me on my strength.
DAY 3: FREE
DAY 4: GTO
Lecturette- Health care in india
PGT- I could not compromise my ideas but remained with the group.
HGT: Implemented Belcha concept, which stands out alone
GD: Choose a topic wisely so that I can say many points. I was cooperative.
DAY 5:
FGT: Implemented Belcha

PPDT:- The picture perception and description test was easy for me as I had acquired the ability to see everything from multiple perceptions.
When I saw the picture, I could easily relate to it and create a story I was satisfied with. After the story writing, the discussion also went well, and I was able to contribute to the group discussion and help conclude efficiently. Ultimately, I was nominated to narrate the familiar story to the panel. My time at
laksa helped me be original with my ideas and portray them efficiently.

OIR:- The test felt quite good, and I could easily answer most of the questions as I practiced them well and had been given a taste of such questions in the academy. I answered 98 questions out of 100 and was satisfied with the result.
TAT: -The TAT exam also went well, even better than I had expected. I created stories from challenging perceptions and wrote them efficiently. Before going to the academy, I thought in only one direction, but my time helped me open my mind and believe in all possible directions.
WAT, SRT:- Both my WAT and SRT went well because of our continuous brainstorming and connectivity exercises at the academy. I was easily able to relate words and was also able to give proper reactions. Although I made only 44 responses out of 60, I was satisfied with it as I had been taught that what matters is the quality and not the quantity.
GT::- All my group tasks went very smoothly. The outdoor activities helped me find ideas to tackle the obstacles independently. By practicing here, I could find multiple solutions for a single obstacle. Although my lecture did not go as well as expected, I did not lose heart as I learned here that one is never rejected for a single event. I had confidence in myself and performed the command task with fuel effort, which went well. The five-point perception helped me in my discussion and planning as I could take a constructive approach to each problem and tackle it with proper solutions.
INTERVIEW:- I was given an interview at the academy, which helped me find my faults and improve upon them. My interview lasted one and a half hours, and I was sincere. I understood that what matters is your honesty and originality and not the number of achievements you have on the marks you score. I was honest when I did not know an answer and told it to the interviewer directly without beating around the bush.
My time in Lakshya has helped me lead a solution-oriented life. I have finally started enjoying the processes and not concerning myself with the results, as it can hamper my originality and performance.
Thank you, sir, and Thank you, Lakshya.

-pear pressure
-study pressure
-family pressure.

Lakshya Academy was a great help to me in clearing the written CDS exam. Akash sir and
Devrat Sur was especially helpful as their targeted and specific approach to subjects like Maths, Geography, and History was especially helpful in clearing the written CDS examination. I wish Lakshya Academy and its students all the best for the future.

Prajwal

I got recommended for AFCAT flying Batch-448 from 4AFSB Varanasi.
I was screened out back in 2015 on my 1st attempt. I had gone there as a messed up self with a deep inferiority complex about my capabilities.
5 point perception, my spiritual practice helped me experience the leader in me. This time, I went there with ample confidence and humility.
PPDT: The picture was of a distressed man standing beside a doctor and a third man.

My central character was the doctor who diagnosed the distressed man using 3 to 4 steps (solutions). Finally, he concluded that the man had low blood pressure due to dehydration from excessive running.
Psych:
TAT: Use 5-point perception to determine a task or problem(avoid problems). Write something describing your deepest passions where you can not find any problem/task. Metaphorical thinking in absurd images will reveal your original self—the imaginary picture (blank screen). The story has to be about your most profound passion. Mine was climbing on a mountain in Ladakh to reach a monastery.
WAT:
Practice WAT every day. Most of the words are repeated. 5-point perception,5BRCC will bring out a positive, solution-oriented self.
For example:
Untouchability: Overcome with education.
SRT: “Feel the pain” -Yudhivir sir.
SD: Be honest about strengths, weaknesses, and correction measures.
SQs were asked about family, friends, teachers, myself, and improvement and their perceptions of you. Realizing all of them is a continuous process. Do it before the Psych, or else you will have trouble completing this. I could not attempt the last part.
OIR: Practice the most difficult sets. I was formulating to get easy ones, but it can be challenging if not practiced for a week or two. The OIR sessions are more than enough.
GTO:
GD:
Topics:1)Economically or militarily, how can india overtake China?
2)Decreased consumption of alternate fuels: how can the world tackle the environmental fuel crisis?
Give everyone a chance, and start speaking fast and loud when necessary.
PGT: It went pretty bad, it was chaos
Snake Race: I was physically clumsy, very evidently.
HGT: Covered up for PGT.
Gave ideas and did manual work.
Lecturette: The topic I spoke about was social media.
Topics I remember
1) Power and correction
2) Social media
3)India
4)Noble price, etc
Command test: GTO asked me why I joined IAF and the AFCAT score.
IO: 6/10 Did the tiger leap? IO(IAF)>IO (army)
FGT: The group becomes mature and intelligent. Took the initiative in terms of leading at the front.
The PGT, HGT, CT, and FGT are much more difficult than the ones above, but here, you get a fair idea of tricks with the cantilever that works there.
Interview:
Two rapid-fire and eight questions about family, education, problems, friends, and finances. Question on how a plane flies?
SI vs CI engine. 5 national and five international current affairs. What change would your friend and teacher want in today’s you? Strengths, fear, weakness, internet activity daily routine. The key is to maintain calm. You won’t know everything. Say ” IDK” and take 55 times to think when unable to consider (not always). I took the IMT twice. It looks disinterested to put you under pressure; do not succumb.
Conference:
Time taken 20sec
What is it that you want to achieve in life?

CPSS: Cakewalk for any decent science grade.
