✅ What are GTO Tasks in SSB?

The Group Testing Officer (GTO) series is a set of activities that examine your Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) in real-time. Unlike the written or interview stages, GTO tasks focus on:

  • Leadership & teamwork
  • Communication skills
  • Social adaptability
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Physical stamina & courage

Aspirants are judged not as individuals alone but as part of a group working together.
