“We Train your mind, You find the solutions”, this tagline of ours aptly sums up our training philosophy for the SSB coaching. As frequently emphasized by Colonel Yudhvir Singh, the founder of the Lakshya Academy, we do not believe in providing students with stock answers to the standard questions making them look like caged parrots in front of the highly experienced assessors. On the contrary our objective is to help them expand their mental capacity and to develop an air of natural confidence in their own judgment. Also, we help students in the process of self-discovery by bringing their self-defeating patterns of behavior, driven by their subconscious belief systems, to the light of consciousness and the subsequent remedial actions. The qualities that we aim at developing in our students have been summarized in the popular acronym “5 BRCC” indicating:
